Chromie isn't the only transcharacter to appear in the WoW universe however she's one of the most well-known. Her first appearance was in the original version of WoW as an NPC who gave quests located in a deserted Inn in the Western Plaguelands. Since then, she's been associated with any WoW storyline that deals with time travel. She was recently incorporated to the story as the NPC that allows players to play older expansions as part of the leveling revamp that happened before the launch of the game's most recent expansion buy WoTLK Gold, Shadowlands. It's also possible to see her in the announcement for WoW Classic, where she boldly states "someone once said you can't return to your home after a while, but they didn't have vision and also a temporal discombobulator." Chromie is playable in Blizzard's mostly abandoned MOBA, Heroes of the Storm Also.
WoW players remain in wait, as players of Shadowlands are still awaiting the first major content patch, Chains of Domination, while WoW Classic players get ready to walk through the Dark Portal with the arrival of The Burning Crusade Classic on 1 June.
Blizzard Reduces Price Of WoW Burning Crusade Classic Cloning Fee After Player Outcry

All existing WoW Classic realms will be instantly converted to the game's Burning Crusade expansion with the launch to the Burning Crusade pre-patch on May 18 buy WoW WoTLK Classic Gold. On that day players will have to select on a character-by-character basis whether they want to be on Burning Crusade servers or to transfer the realm to Classic Era realms that won't make it to the game's next expansion.
